We greatly prefer email or a text message as we can help 2x as many customers in the same time frame. Not only does messaging help us get back to you sooner, but we also have a record of what was previously talked about. We oftentimes send helpful tech links with images/videos, so it really speeds things up and simplifies things for all of us. If a phone call is absolutely needed, we can do this, just understand we answer all messages before starting our call back queue.
Have questions on the weekends or nights? Feel free to send us an or e-mail or text message and we'll do our best to answer. Worst case; we won't get back to you until Monday(or the following day if on a weeknight).
Urgent contacting: If you have something that needs immediate attention, send us an e-mail with **URGENT** in the title. This will be your best shot at getting in touch with us and letting us know it can't wait.
Many days, and especially early week can be extremely busy for us. No matter how you get ahold of us, we will get back to you. We work like crazy to try and keep in contact with everyone, and at times this can be a struggle. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we try to help customers in the order they contacted us.

E-mail is the best way to reach us. This gives us the ability to keep things organized and reach back to customers in the order they contacted us, speeding up our contact time. Text message is another great way to reach us. While typing on the phone is a bit harder than on the computer(e-mail), quick to average length questions are encouraged to send via text. This can work easily for sending pictures of something you need help with.
Phones are a great way to contact us if you have lengthy questions, but we greatly prefer email or text if possible. Being a small shop, we are often backed up on phone calls, but will always call you back as time allows. In this industry questions are great, but that means our conversations can be lengthy. This can make us hard to reach in the busy times. Until we catch up with messages and previous callers, we do not answer new calls as we believe this is unfair to those that contacted us first. In the busiest of times we can be out as far as 48 hours on call backs. Hold out for us you'll get the most knowledgeable person possible on the line, not someone who just walked into the industry. Remember we have great service, not fast service.... sometimes though we are fast as well!
Web Orders: Ordering online is by far the easiest way to purchase our products and have them shipped quickly. Online orders are streamlined into our shipping system which makes the process extremely easy on both of us.
E-Mail Order: We can also take your order over e-mail. If you have a custom order or questions about what to order just send us an e-mail and we can help. When you decide what you want (or if you already know) send us the final parts you'd like, your shipping address, full name, and phone number. We can then send an e-mail invoice with pay link in our quickbooks system for those that want to pay via credit card, or send a paypal invoice.
Phone Orders: We can easily take your order over the phone if you know what you want, or we can help you figure out the best parts and then get the order placed. Like stated previously, please be patient with us on the phones as we can be anywhere from 0-48 hours out on answering/calling you back.
We are easy people to deal with, and we ask the same of you. If you have any issues, let us know and we'll work to find a solution and compromise. We do our best to have quality parts but keep in mind all aftermarket parts can take a bit of customization to make work as we push the limits to perform better. If a part is needed to be returned for any reason, please make sure you okay it with us first, and always have your name and phone number inside the returning box. Returns for a refund are only available for new parts, and are subject for a 15% restocking fee to recoup costs(order processing, shipping, receiving, and repackaging). Shipping is non refundable, and buyer pays return shipping. We cannot accept returns on custom programmed electrical parts or used items. If an order is cancelled before shipping, we will have a 3% processing fee to recoup payment processing costs.. Please note these costs are associated with business expenses and we are not trying to make money on refunds. Processing companies no longer refund transaction fee's when a transaction is refunded, so we must recoup these costs. Please be sure of your order and what you need before ordering to avoid both of us hassle and costs. Thanks!
Aftermarket Assassins warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the purpose it was intended. Aftermarket Assassin shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; it is limited to the repair or replacement, as its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory, within 90 days after shipping date to original purchaser. Aftermarket Assassins shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed.
This warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident; any article which has been altered outside the Aftermarket Assassins factory, or the performance of any engine or equipment on or in which any article of the company’s manufacturer is used.
Aftermarket Assassins shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by if or of any engine or equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of a user to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (90) days of the appearance of such claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment.
No expressed, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the company.
USPS (United States Postal Service)
Aftermarket Assassins ships out daily using USPS. This shipping method is our standard because it's quick and cheap! Normally, domestic orders go out Priority mail which is a 2-3 day service including Saturday(bonus day compared to other carriers). Shipping cutoff time is 1pm CST for USPS shipping. If your order was placed before this time, your order is still not guaranteed to go out the same day. If you need something sent out right away, please contact us to make sure lead times can be met.
We also ship packages via UPS daily. Most of our larger packages are shipped via this route, or express packages. Exhausts and other large shipments will go out UPS ground(they are too big for USPS).
International shipments can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (5-15 day service), or UPS Expedited (best way, quickest and more reliable). We highly suggest UPS expedited. For the small cost increase, your package will normally arrive much sooner with less hassle.

If you are looking to become an authorized dealer; please note we have a $5,000 buy in, dealer radius, and other criteria. Businesses must be directly related to powersports and have a valid tax ID number. Our dealer setup process will take 10-14 days for review. We have this process as we want to work with reputable shops and not those just looking for discounts.
